Christmas 2005

The Sackville Nurses made a running stop in Halifax for Christmas this year. We spent two nights and three days staying at Mary Ellen's folks in Halifax. In that time we visited the Dartmouth Nurses (Grandma and Poppy, or Joan and Gene). Everyone had a good time. Santa was particularly good to Hayden, who got an xbox 360 and Bryn who received an art set and a lot of Polly Pockets stuff. Bryn treated this haul as confirmation that she is really a very good girl, far better (or, "gooder" as she says) than other people in the Nurse clan and has been rewarded for this. My friend Owen and his boy Harry looked after Beeper, Congo and Pork Chop (the budgie bird) while we were away. Thanks to them.
